A man has died after a car went through a guardrail and into a creek.
Police said emergency services were called to a creek on Four Corners Road, Rand, about 62 km southwest of Henty, following reports of a car in the water today (31 October) at about 8:35 am.
Murray River Police District officers responded, with assistance from the State Emergency Service, to find a car had gone through a guardrail and into a creek.
“Officers located a man inside the vehicle, who had died at the scene,” a NSW Police spokesperson said.
A crime scene was established and an investigation into the circumstances is ongoing.
The man is yet to be formally identified and a report will be prepared for the coroner.
