There are many films to watch at the cinema in the coming week. The 10th instalment in the Fast and Furious franchise, Fast X, is showing this week. For all fans of Disney, the long-awaited The Little Mermaid is here. Also screening at the cinema is the untold story of Australian music icon, John Farnham: Finding the Voice, Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3, Book Club: The Next Chapter, Hypnotic and Live The Life You Please. And for those looking for something romantic, Priyanka Chopra Jonas and Sam Heughan’s Love Again is still screening.

The Butler Did It

Where: Temora Town Hall, Loftus Street, Temora
Cost: Tickets are $30 for standard admission and $25 for under 16s and concession and can be purchased here.

Like every good murder mystery, not everything is as it seems. All the evidence points towards the butler, but everyone has their secrets. Audiences will have the chance to vote at intermission on who they think the murderer is in Motion Arts Temora’s production of The Butler Did It.

Check out the Snowy Valleys region’s finest emerging artist Rory Phillips at Batlow RSL for a night of live music. Rory will be performing a mix of covers and originals. Enjoy a meal with friends and family, listening to Rory’s tunes in the background.

Ladies Day

Murrumbidgee Turf Club is hosting the City Tattersalls Ladies Day this Saturday with prize giveaways and a special garden party. All ladies are invited for a day of races and entertainment.

Graham Bourke Memorial & Ray Chaffey Memorial at the Brobenah Speedway

When: Saturday 27, 3 pm
Where: Brobenah Raceway, Leeton
Cost: Gate entry $25 per person and $50 per family.

Leeton Soldiers Club and Brobenah Raceway present speedway racing at its best on Saturday with the Production Sedan Graham Bourke Memorial and the GOSA Ray Chaffey Memorial, as well as V8 Unlimited Sedans. There will be coffee and food available on the day. BYO alcohol.

Australia’s Biggest Morning Tea

Where: Demonstration Gardens Wagga Wagga, Shaw Street, Wagga Wagga
Cost: Cash donation.

Demonstration Gardens Wagga Wagga is hosting Australia’s Biggest Morning Tea fundraiser for Cancer Council. Attendees can bring a plate of food or treats for the morning tea. There will be vegan and gluten-free options available.
