Forum 6 Cinemas is having a special screening of the first six Star Wars films on Saturday and Sunday.

Get along to the hidden gem, Altina Wildlife Park and go on a ‘zoo-fari’ or go to the Griffith Pioneer Park Museum any time of the week and explore the region’s history.

It’s a big weekend at Forum 6 with Star Wars episodes I, II, III, IV, V and VI screening on Saturday and Sunday. New to cinemas this week is the American action comedy starring Ryan Gosling and Emily Blunt, The Fall Guy. Anthony Hopkins and Matthew Goode star as Sigmund Freud and C.S Lewis in Freud’s Last Session.

Darlington Point’s hidden gem Altina Wildlife Park offers ‘zoo-faris’ with an Australian twist. Meet the animals up close and personal with your guide while travelling in style on your horse-drawn or motorised cart.

Head to Griffith Pioneer Park Museum any day of the week and admire the history of farm machinery, old vehicles, and wagons and explore local buildings.

This Friday marks the 151st anniversary of the Wagga Gold Cup, one of the Riverina’s most prestigious horse racing events. Put on your best outfit, take a punt and enjoy a day at the racetrack surrounded by all the glitz and glamour Wagga has to offer.

2024 AusCycling Mountain Bike Marathon National Championships

When: Saturday 4 May and Sunday 5 May, 9 am
Where: Pomingalarna Reserve, Bagley Dr Moorong
Cost: $95 for Elite men and women, $75 for U19, Expert, and Masters (all categories) men and women, and $60 for Juniors (U15 and U17) and Adaptive men and women. Tickets can be purchased through AusCycling.

Wagga is preparing to host the 2024 AusCycling Marathon National Championships this weekend. The riders will ride on a magnificent network of purpose-built trails and tracks while starting and finishing at the new multisport cycling complex at Pomingalarna Reserve.

The Dungeons and Dragons Club meets up weekly at the Leeton Library every Saturday morning.

Come down to the Leeton Library and enjoy the best of fantasy, kings, queens, dragons, dwarves and swords with Dungeons and Dragons Club. Dungeons and Dragons is a fantastic way to meet new friends while letting your imagination run wild. So make your best ‘saving throw’, pray for a ‘nat 20’ and enjoy some fun with the guys from Dungeons and Dragons Club.

Sugar and Spice at Lake Centenary
