Murrumbidgee police appeal for public help to track down man wanted over outstanding warrant

Murrumbidgee police are appealing for public help to find a 22-year-old man wanted on an outstanding arrest warrant.

Police say Brenton Higgins is known to frequent the Leeton and Wagga Wagga areas.

Murrumbidgee Police District officers have begun inquiries into his whereabouts but have so far been unable to locate him.

Police are advising members of the public who see Mr Higgins not to approach him, but to call triple zero immediately.

Anyone with information on Mr Higgins’ whereabouts is urged to call Leeton Police Station on (02) 695 31399 or Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000. Information is treated confidentially.

Police also reminded people not to report information via NSW Police social media pages.
