Alleged clandestine laboratory located in the Riverina

Murray River Police officers have located an alleged inactive clandestine laboratory at a unit in the Riverina.

Police said officers attached to the Murray River Police District attended a unit on Sylvania Avenue, North Albury, on Friday (19 April) at about 10:30 am.

Murray River officers established a crime scene with the assistance of the State Crime Command’s Chemical Operations Unit. Police allegedly seized a cache of items consistent with the manufacturing of prohibited drugs.

While no arrests have been made at this stage, the investigation and inquiries are ongoing.
