Head to Griffith over the weekend to check out more than 60 creative and unique citrus sculptures on Banna Avenue made from more than 100,000 locally grown oranges and grapefruits.

There is one new release this week at Forum 6 Cinema.

Hellboy: The Crooked Man set in the 1950s tells of Hellboy and a rookie B.P.R.D. agent sent to the Appalachians to find a demon, the Crooked Man leading a remote community dominated by witches.

Also in cinemas this week, Joker: Folie A Deux, The Critic, Never Let Go, Transformers One, The Wild Robot, Slingshot and Runt.

Leeton Show 2024: A Celebration of Agriculture and Community

When: Friday 10 – Saturday 11 October, 9 am to 4 pm
Where: Leeton Showgrounds
Cost: $10 Adults |$5 Concession |$5 Child 5-17 | Free Child Under 5 and tickets can be purchased via 123Tix.

Leeton Show 2024 is inviting everyone to a spectacular agriculture event with free entertainment, exhibits and plenty of fun and games for the family. The nights are set to end with fireworks.

When: Saturday 12 October, 9 am to 5 pm, Sunday 13 October, 9 am to 2 pm
Where: Green Street, Lockhart
Cost: Admission fee is $10, which allows entry to the sculpture exhibition, fine arts and photography exhibition, open gardens and farm tours. Admission to Greens Gunyah Museum, including the Doris Golder Gallery, is an additional $5.

The Spirit of the Land Festival is back on again this weekend, filled with plenty of family entertainment. It includes farm art sculptures, Indigenous and photography exhibitions, open gardens, boutique market stalls, plus great food and much more.

Where: Illabo Showground, Illabo
Cost: $ 10 Adults | $5 Pensioners | $5 High School Children | Free Primary School Children.

The 102nd Illabo Show will feature activities for all ages. There will be fireworks, horse events, a prime lab competition, bushman’s relay and more along with great food and drinks.

Afghan Women’s Football Team Free Match

Where: McDonalds Park, 150 Copland Street, East Wagga Wagga

Wagga is set to host the Afghan women’s football team this Sunday for a free match at McDonalds Park.

Head to Narrandera Flora and Fauna Reserve to be part of the annual koala count event. Join the team for a light barbecue breakfast.
