Two men have been charged after police seized almost $190,000 in cash during a vehicle stop at Holbrook last week.

Police said Albury Highway Patrol officers stopped a white Toyota HiAce van on the Hume Highway at Holbrook due to its alleged manner of driving about 11:55 pm last Thursday (23 March).

After speaking with the 22-year-old driver, police searched the van and allegedly found more than $189,000 in a shopping bag behind the driver’s seat.
