Whether you’re young or older, or young at heart, here’s how you can spend your Easter long weekend with friends and family in the Riverina.

Make a day trip or spend the entire weekend in Griffith, with the Easter Party offering something for everyone.

Easter isn’t the same without chocolate, and Junee Licorice and Chocolate Factory has you covered for all the best fare.

There are three new releases at Forum 6 Cinemas this week: Kung Fu Panda 4, Godzilla x Kong The New Empire and Easter weekend exclusive The Tiger’s Apprentice.

Nothing beats a chocolate and strawberry combination, and Bidgee Strawberries and Cream is hosting a Good Friday Easter egg hunt.

Po, aka The Dragon Master/The Dragon Warrior, returns in Kung Fu Panda 4. This time he must find and train the new Dragon Warrior but a wicked sorceress plans to re-summon all the master villains Po vanquished to the spirit realm.

The Tiger’s Apprentice is about Chinese-American boy Tom Lee, who, after his grandmother’s death, has to be apprenticed to the talking tiger Mr Hu and learn the time-honoured magic to become the new guardian of an ancient phoenix.

Two titans clash in an epic battle in Godzilla x Kong: The New Empire as humans unravel their intertwined origins and connection to Skull Island mysteries.

Take your kids to Bidgee Strawberries tomorrow (Good Friday) for a day filled with pony rides, face painting and, most importantly, Easter egg hunting through the strawberry patch.

Adults can enjoy the live music by Aaron Oldaker and Justine Hogan from 11 am to 3 pm.

When: Sunday, 31 March, 4 pm to 9 pm
Where: Wagga Wagga Botanic Gardens, MacLeay Street, Turvey Park
Cost: $4.

Head to Wagga Wagga Botanic Gardens for the Easter Miniature Trains Twilight Run and Character Hunt. From the train, track down your favourite Disney characters and superheroes. There will also be an early barbecue dinner and sweet treats.

Funds from the night will go to the Specialist Medical Resources Foundation.
