Vote for your favourite artwork in the ‘Future of the Riverina’ primary school art competition.

Region Riverina and the Wagga Wagga Marketplace have teamed up again in 2024 for the annual Primary School Art Competition to showcase the incredible talent of young artists in our local community.

Region is passionate about the power of local stories to connect and inspire our communities and we hope the competition will inspire young artists to continue exploring their creativity and sharing their unique stories with the region.

Finalists will be judged by an expert panel who will pick a winner, a runner-up, third place, and a people’s choice winner based on your votes.

The People’s Choice will be awarded to the artwork that has received the most votes on the Region Riverina website. Share this page with your friends and family and get those votes in.

One entry per person. Voting closes 11 October 2024.

The People’s Choice award cannot be won by the first, second or third place winners. If one of these places wins People’s Choice, the prize will go to the next in line.

Prizes

• First place $750 awarded to the school and a $200 Wagga Marketplace gift card to the student
• Second place $500 awarded to the school and a $150 Wagga Marketplace gift card to the student
• Third place $300 awarded to the school and a $100 Wagga Marketplace gift card to the student
• People’s Choice award – $750 awarded to the school and a $200 Wagga Marketplace gift card.
