Teenagers allegedly threaten Riverina shoppers with knives

Police are looking for three teenagers who allegedly threatened shoppers with knives in Albury last month.

Police said officers from Murray River Police District were called to a shopping centre at Griffith Road, Lavington, after three teens were allegedly seen wielding knives at about 3:45 pm on 5 January.

Police have been told the three teenage boys were allegedly holding knives at the entrance of the shopping centre and were allegedly making threats towards people walking through.

Two of the teens are described as wearing grey hooded jumpers and a black cap, and the other teen was wearing a black hooded jumper.

Police are interested in speaking with anyone who has any information or may have had an interaction with the teens.
