With a sleek, modern design and amenities perfect for family living, 244 Muttama Parade is a five-bedroom, two-bathroom home in the Wagga suburb of Gobbagombalin with a lot to offer.

Positioned on a 999 sqm block, this property has the space for a family to spread out.

“Just about everything was designed to be oversized. The living room is very large and the dining area could comfortably accommodate a very large dining table,” PRD Wagga Wagga Ryan Smith says.

These spaces are all shot through with skylights, creating bright open spaces, and large windows along the whole space add to that effect. Central to these spaces is the home’s kitchen.

“The kitchen is a showstopper. The bench is massive and you certainly won’t have a shortage of prep space. It also features a massive hidden walk-in pantry and a double oven,” Ryan says.

Beyond the open-plan living area, there is a second family room, giving members of the family versatility in where they want to spend their time.

“One group could use the larger area for entertaining, while others spend some more quiet time in the family room. It’s a very considerate setup,” Ryan says.

The bedrooms are oversized as well, taking advantage of the large block size.

“Each of the bedrooms has been designed to give people as much space as possible and the main suite is the best example of that. There are his and hers walk-in robes and an ensuite with a bath, dual vanities and a shower,” Ryan says.

“The design is meant to give families all the space they need to live their lives together but also come apart and have their own time to themselves.”

Expanding on this versatility is the home’s office, providing a great space for school-aged kids to study; while the backyard houses a powered shed with a gym and a sauna.

“The shed means that home projects, hobbies, project cars, are all easy to keep in their own space or it could be kept as a gym, providing a healthy retreat for the parents,” Ryan says.

“And the backyard could easily house a pool; there’s more than enough room, which would take an already amazing alfresco space to the next level.”

The alfresco features plenty of space for seating, a ceiling fan, a built-in barbecue, a fridge and a pizza oven.

“It flows to the living spaces seamlessly, extending the already large living areas out and because the home is on an elevated block, you can look out over Wagga while you enjoy the alfresco,” Ryan says.

A 10-minute drive from the centre of Wagga, Gobbagombalin provides a quiet suburban life while still being close to town.

“We find that a lot of people are really interested in Gobbagombalin. Home buyers really appreciate that you can get larger homes out here that are still close to town,” Ryan says.

“It’s close to anything a family may need and of course, having Charles Sturt University nearby is a big plus for parents with children around that age.”
