The Junior NSW State Cup will arrive at Jubilee Park this weekend

Junior State Cup Southern Conference Carnival

When: Friday to Sunday, 16 to 18 February, 10 am to 4 pm
Where: Jubilee Park, Wagga
Cost: Free.

The sixth Junior State Cup Southern Conference Carnival will be held at Jubilee Park from today (16 February) until Sunday. The carnival will host 197 teams that will battle it out for the honour of being crowned the southern champions.

Booranga Writers’ Author Talk with Katrina Roe

Cost: Tickets are $15 and can be purchased at Humanitix.

Riverina author Katrina Roe will be at The Curious Rabbit and will read from her books. An open mic segment for new work will follow the readings.

Catch the new film at Forum 6 Cinemas this week: The Boys in the Boat. This film is set in the 1930s and follows the story of the University of Washington’s rowing team from their Depression era to winning gold at the 1936 Berlin Olympics.

Tom Curtain – Outback Show, Katherine Outback Experience

Where: Temora Showground
Cost: Tickets are $40 for adults, $35 for seniors, $25 for 6-17 years, and $177 for families (2 adults + 2 students). Children and companions enter for free and can be purchased at Humanitix.

The celebrated multiple Golden Guitar winner and exceptional horseman Tom Curtain is bringing his acclaimed Outback Show, Katherine Outback Experience to the Riverina as part of his Why We Live Out Here tour.
