“The size of the block is one of the biggest standouts here; it’s 1140 square metres and everyone wants a pool, everyone wants a shed, so this one will tick a lot of boxes for a lot of people,” she said.
The four-bedroom, two-bathroom home at 6 Greenway Street, Lloyd, is on the market for $895,000 and is already demonstrating it’s a crowd-pleaser.
