UPDATED: Concerns for missing elderly man last seen in Batemans Bay, could travelling out of area

UPDATED 5:30 pm: Good news! Simon Wong has been located safe and well. Police have thanked the community for their assistance.

8 am: Police have serious concerns for missing man Simon Wong, who has been diagnosed with dementia.

The 75-year-old was last seen at a property on Sorrel Place, Catalina, last Thursday (21 March).

Police were contacted after he couldn’t be found or contacted.

Simon is described as being of Asian appearance, about 170 cm tall, with greying hair, brown eyes and grey facial hair.

It’s believed Simon is driving a white Hyundai Accent with paint missing on the front right corner, with NSW plates SW929.

He may be travelling in the Queanbeyan, Wagga Wagga and Nowra areas.

Anyone with information into his whereabouts has been urged to call South Coast Police on 02 4421 9699 or Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
