A 33-year-old Wagga man has been charged with child sexual and filming offences after specialist police raided a home in the city and seized electronic devices.
Detectives from the NSW Child Abuse Squad searched a Wagga Wagga property at about 8:50 am on Friday 24 April, as part of an investigation.
Police said electronic devices were taken for forensic examination during the raid.
A 33-year-old man was arrested and taken to Wagga Wagga Police Station, where he was charged with filming a person during a private act without consent, two counts of sexually touching a child aged between 10 and 16 and three counts of committing sexual acts with a child aged between 10 and 16.
He was granted strict conditional bail and is due to appear before Wagga Wagga Local Court on 30 June, 2026.
The man’s arrest was the 194th by the NSW Child Abuse Squad so far in 2026.

Strange, I thought city-based elites like Labor's Communications Minister Anika Wells should fix it. View
