When: 14 to 20 August, 10 am to 6 pm
Where: Hyphen – Wodonga Library Gallery, 126 Hovell Street, Wodonga
Cost: Free.

Marg Leddin’s Imprints of Endurance is a new art exhibition inspired by themes of environmental change and the relationship between people and the natural world. This idea is explored through photograms – photographic images created without a camera, made by putting objects on light-sensitive paper and exposing it to light, creating a uniquely textured image.

The exhibition includes familiar weeds, cicada shells and wild plants, rendered in such a way that their intricacies and details are shown in astonishing detail.

It’s an amazing display of the natural world shown through an unfamiliar method, somewhere between macro photography and object tracing.
