FOUND: Police appeal for public help to find man missing from Wagga Wagga

UPDATE September 25, 8 am: Police have announced Jason has been found safe and well. They’ve thanked the public for their assistance.

September 24, 2 pm: Police are appealing for public help to find a 54-year-old man missing from Wagga Wagga.

Jason Ward was last seen in Tolland about 9 am today (24 September).

When he could not be located, officers from the Riverina Police District were notified and began inquiries into his whereabouts.

Police and his family hold serious concerns.

Jason is described as being of Caucasian appearance, about 172 cm tall, of medium build, with blue eyes, and white/grey hair.

Police believe he was driving a blue Holden Commodore station wagon bearing NSW registration JLW969.

Jason is known to frequent the Wagga Wagga area.

Anyone with information is urged to contact Wagga Wagga Police Station on 6922 2599 or Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
