Nine-year-old boy who was reported missing in Snowy Valleys town located

A nine-year-old boy who was reported missing in the Snowy Valleys town of Khancoban has been located.

On Sunday (30 March), NSW reported that Axtyn Flack was missing and that he was last seen walking southbound on Mitchell Avenue, Khancoban, about 75 kilometres south of Tumbarumba, at about 6:30 pm.

When he could not be located or contacted, officers from Riverina Police District were notified and commenced inquiries into his whereabouts.

Early on Monday morning (31 March), police reported that he had been found.

Police thanked the public and the media for their assistance.
