Man dies after ute crashes into tree in Condobolin

A man has died following a single-vehicle crash in Condobolin.

At about 7:10 pm Tuesday (2 September), emergency services were called to Kiacatoo Road following reports that a ute had left the road and crashed into a tree.

NSW Ambulance paramedics treated the driver – a 24-year-old man – however, he died at the scene.

The passenger – a 19-year-old man – was taken to Dubbo Base Hospital in a serious but stable condition.

Officers attached to Central West Police District have established a crime scene and commenced an investigation into the crash.

A report will be prepared for the information of the Coroner.
