A new event management business has been launched in Leeton to help those relocating to the area.
Founded by Maryann Iannelli, Localise You aims to provide people relocating to Leeton with an immersive introduction to the local lifestyle, a genuine community connection and opportunities to foster meaningful social connections through orientation events.
“We are thrilled to launch Localise You and bring our unique approach to orientation events in the town,” Maryann said.
“Leeton is a vibrant community, and we want to ensure that every newcomer feels welcomed and connected from day one.
“Our dedicated team is committed to delivering unforgettable experiences that set the stage for a successful and fulfilling journey in our community.”
In collaboration with the Leeton community, local businesses and local government, Localise You hopes to empower its new residents with a comprehensive understanding of the community and what it can offer.
The event agency will also provide information on local real estate, recreational activities, healthcare facilities, educational institutes and more.
Localise You hopes to ensure the community’s new arrivals feel welcomed and supported.
“We understand that a well planned and engaging orientation event can foster a sense of belonging, establish connections, and facilitate a smooth transition for relocating professionals and essential workers,” Localise You said in a statement.
“Our experienced event planners are committed to tailoring bespoke orientation and social events that cater to the unique needs and interests of our diverse clientele.

Localise You will provide guided tours of the town’s landmarks and introductions to key community leaders and networking opportunities.
Localise You will hold the ‘Familiarise and Socialise’ two-day marquee orientation event on 30 to 31 August for attendees to become acquainted with locals and other newcomers.
Over the two days, attendees will have a guided bus tour of the iconic local and agritourism attractions around Leeton.
Localise You will also host social events which are also open to the public. Events could include a golf day, group wellness experience, family picnic lunch, social sports day, trivia night, sip and paint and the Leeton races.
