The Wagga Wagga Business Chamber has announced the finalists for the 2024 Golden Crow Awards, which will celebrate the creme-de-la-creme of our local commerce community.

The business chamber team received 103 entries, with the list of finalists selected by a panel of judges that included industry experts and influential community leaders.

The awards recognise achievements in areas such as growth, ethics, entrepreneurship and sustainability, with a total of 14 categories and the overall award.

For more than 30 years the awards have recognised business excellence in and around the city and Wagga Business Chamber’s Sally Manning said it was a chance to reflect on local success.

“It’s really important that we celebrate business because business is hard,” she said.

“It’s a great time to be able to reflect on the success of your business and what you’ve achieved.”

WDF Accounting + Advisory took home three awards in 2023, including the Golden Crow. Business manager Annette Davies said it was a huge thrill to be recognised at the gala awards presentation.

“Our team’s had a real buzz out of having the award for the last year,” she said.

“It’s a good way to actually reflect on all the good things that you are doing within your business and within the community as well.
