A 35-year-old Darlington Point man has been charged following alleged breaches of an apprehended domestic violence order (ADVO) while he was in custody.

Police will allege the man was subject to a current ADVO protecting a woman known to him, which included strict conditions prohibiting contact.

It is alleged that between 20 February 2026 and 24 February 2026, while in custody at a NSW Correctional Centre, the man made repeated contact with the protected person, in breach of the order.
