Ladysmith will be attracting people of all ages to its railway museum this Saturday.

Where: Temora Aviation Museum, 1 Tom Moon Avenue, Temora
Cost: Adult $30 | Over 65 years $25 | Child (3 – 16 years) $15 | 2 Adults + 2 Children $75 | Tickets can be purchased via Temora Aviation Museum.

The Temora Aviation Museum’s April 2025 Aircraft Showcase will feature all serviceable aircraft from the RAAF 100 SQN Historic Flight Collection at the museum, which includes the Supermarine Spitfires, Cessna O-2A, Lockheed Hudson, Wirraway, Tiger Moth, Ryan STM S2, and many more visiting warbirds. At Temora, you can get closer to the action as you witness a themed selection of Australia’s ex-military flying history come alive.

The Demonstration Gardens are held every Sunday.

Demonstration Gardens – Vegetable Swap and Buy

When: Saturday 12 April, 9 am – noon
Where: Corner Shaw and Albury streets, Wagga
Cost: Free entry.

Come to the Demonstration Gardens, bring fruit or vegetables to swap, or purchase fresh vegetables from the community garden. All proceeds go to the community gardens. Held every Saturday morning, weather permitting, it is a great way to support the local community.

Wollundry Saturday Markets

When: Saturday 12 April, 9 am to 1 pm
Where: Wollundry Lagoon, Civic Centre Precinct
Cost: Free.

Come along to the Wollundry Saturday Markets held around the beautiful Wollundry Lagoon in the heart of Wagga. Enjoy a walk around the lagoon and peruse the markets. With more than 30 stallholders, including a variety of food purveyors, fruit and vegetables, and homewares, there is much to choose from. There is plenty of room to relax and listen to local musicians while enjoying the outdoor atmosphere. While you’re there, maybe drop in a gold coin to help the Rotary club support the community.

Cost: All tickets $5.

Ladysmith is one of the few stations remaining on the old line. Visit the heritage station and museum, with trikes on display and available for rides on the second Saturday of each month from 10 am to 2 pm.

Special displays and exhibits have been set up in the precinct with many items on loan from Transport NSW including an Edmonston ticket punch machine, electric staff machines, document draws and a safe.

Cost: $145 and booking can be made via Bella Vita.

Learn how to craft delicate, handmade ravioli from scratch, filled with a luscious combination of radicchio, ricotta, and Parmigiano-Reggiano and other seasonal filings.
