Man dies in Griffith after four-wheel drive veers off Kidman Way and crashes

A man has died and two other men are in a serious condition following a single-vehicle crash in Griffith earlier this morning.

At about 2:05 am today (21 March), emergency services were called to Kidman Way, Warburn, following reports a four-wheel drive had veered off the road and rolled.

A male occupant of the vehicle was assisted by police, however he died at the scene.

He is yet to be identified.

Two men – aged 29 and 30 – were treated by NSW Ambulance paramedics, before they were taken to Griffith Base Hospital in a serious but stable condition.

They will undergo mandatory testing.

Officers attached to Murrumbidgee Police District established a crime scene and commenced an investigation into the crash.

A report will be prepared for the information of the coroner.
