Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a missing 21-year-old man.
Issack Bourke was last seen in Wodonga, Victoria, at about 7 am on Saturday, 16 November.
Police believe Issack travelled to Central Railway Station, Sydney, on Friday, 6 December.
When he could not be located or contacted, officers attached to Murray River Police District were notified last week (6 December) and commenced inquiries into her whereabouts.
Police and family hold serious concerns for Issack, due to his medical conditions.
Issack is described as being of Caucasian appearance, about 193 cm tall, with a thin build, brown hair, blue eyes, a nose ring piercing and a tattoo of a dog paw print on his left forearm.
He was last seen wearing a red shirt and black jacket.
Police believe Issack may be in the Sydney CBD.
