Can you help find Edward McIntyre?

Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a missing 28-year-old last seen over the weekend.

Edward McIntyre was last seen at about 6 am on Saturday (7 September), at Buronga, along the NSW and Victorian border, wearing a dark jumper, tan cargo pants with dark-coloured kneepads, and no shoes.

He is described as being of Caucasian appearance, about 170 cm tall, with a thin build, blonde hair, and brown eyes.

When Edward could not be located or contacted, officers attached to the Barrier Police District were notified at 1 pm on Wednesday (11 September) and commenced inquiries into his whereabouts.

Police and family hold concerns for his welfare as he lives with a number of medical conditions.

Edward is known to frequent the Buronga and Lake Illawarra areas.

Anyone with information about this incident is urged to call Dareton Police Station or contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000. Information is treated in strict confidence. The public is reminded not to report information via NSW Police social media pages.
