Two men have been charged after police allegedly seized a large haul of illicit tobacco products during a routine search in the Riverina.
Murrumbidgee Police District said officers in Hay were conducting a search of a pantech truck at about 11 pm on 30 August.
During the search, police allege numerous illicit tobacco products were located and seized, including 731,380 cigarettes, 256.5 kilograms of loose tobacco and 200 vapes.
Police arrested two men, aged 48 and 20, following the search and they were subsequently charged.
