Police ask for help to locate former Griffith resident missing in northern NSW

Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a former Griffith resident missing from the state’s north.

Mitchell Cook, aged 36, was last seen in Forster at about 6:35 am on Monday 26 January and was last spoken to on Tuesday 3 February.

Unable to be located or contacted since, officers attached to Manning/Great Lakes Police District were notified and commenced inquiries into his whereabouts.

Mitchell is described as being of Caucasian appearance, about 175 cm tall, with a medium build, a shaved head and facial hair.

He may be travelling in a silver 2002 Ford Falcon sedan with NSW registration plates DO27RK.

Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to contact Manning/Great Lakes Police District or Crime Stoppers on 1800 000 333.
