NSW Police appeal for help to find missing teenager

Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a teenage boy missing from the Albury region.

Zachariah Chapman, aged 16, was last seen in Lavington around 2 pm on Wednesday (11 February).

Unable to be contacted or located since, Murray River Police District officers were notified and commenced inquiries into his whereabouts.

Police and his family have concerns for his welfare given his age.

Zachariah is described as being of Caucasian appearance, about 175cm tall, with a thin build, and brown hair.

He was last seen wearing a black t-shirt, a black ski jacket, socks, and slide-style shoes and may be travelling on a black and green mountain bike.

Zachariah is known to frequent the Lavington and Albury areas.

Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to contact Murray River Police District or Crime Stoppers on 1800 000 333.
